Named the best defender of the season in the NHL regular season


The best defender of the 2019/20 season in the regular season of the National Hockey League (NHL) recognized Nashville Predators player Roman Jozi. Josie won the Norris Trophy. In the fight for the award, he was ahead of John Carlson (Washington Capitals) and Victor Hedman (Tampa Bay Lightning). In the season, Calgary Flames defender Mark Giordano became the 2018/19 owner of the Norris Trophy, and in 2017 Hedman received the award.
